World of Warcraft Legion New Mount Tips

The huge player base that exists for World of Warcraft is made up of a huge variety of people who like playing it for a lot of reasons. However, one common thing all these people have together is the hunting down and the showing off of awesome rideable mounts. The release of the latest expansion called Legion means that there are lots of new mounts added to the massive list in the game. If you need some help to find these vehicles and creatures, you should check out a video one of the users who is passionate about the game posted recently. (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwiaPYufmQOq5F1TI-FzQhw) In the video he shows how to add every item on the list to your personal collection and to gather as many mounts as you can. Legion really has some interesting and unique new features, such as a huge and scary spider and a fox. However, some of them need you to go through some complicated methods if you want to unlock them. The YouTube user also provides some useful links in the description of the video in order to help you in these cases, so check them out. Another interesting mount that attracted our attention is the Fathom Dweller. This is dropped by a rare world boss called Kosumoth the Hungering. The Long-Forgotten Hippogryph is yet another mount that players went crazy over. This one is a little bit more special, since it was initially revealed by players who dug into the game code way back in 2007. In itself it’s not such a big deal, being just a pink reskin of a hippogryph mount, but since players knew that it was lying there in the code, everybody was truly curious to find out more about it. All in all, it’s an interesting and awesome update.

Seems to be that way. Personally I got it off the Emissary quest chest. Actually I got it off the first Emissary chest I got. Easily the luckiest I’ve been in all the years I’ve played this game.

It can definitely drop from the main chest at the end of Withered-Army Training. That’s how I got mine. I assume it’s just a low drop chance from any Nightfallen “container.”

Unfortunately, the video isn’t entirely accurate. I haven’t watched the entire thing, but he’s wrong about the very first mount he mentions (Llothien Prowler). The item which begins the quest to acquire that mount does not drop from Withered Training, but instead is a random drop from the cache you from the Nightfallen Emissary Quest (aka daily bounty).
